VTOS Timetables

September to December Term - 2025

We very much looking forward to welcoming you here for the start of your course.

Start date and time:

We start the term with a student induction which will include programme and centre orientation, basic Moodle, Microsoft Office Teams, and computer skills, programme introductions, and much more.

Your eligibility for the programme will be confirmed with you mid- August.

You will be asked to complete a couple of forms if you are moving to a VTOS Training Allowance, to confirm your social welfare status, and payment details.

International protection students must provide your GNBI Stamp4 or Work Permit.

For those who do not at this time meet the eligibility criteria alternative further education and training opportunities will be brought to your attention, but you will not be able to start the programme until your eligibility criteria are meet.
